Absolutely! We understand that every traveler has unique preferences. We can work in with you for airport transfers, regardless of where or when you arrive into the country. We work alongside you on meal preferences, vehicles, locations, choices for activities and how best to spend your downtime. Every part of our exclusive itinerary design service is customizable.

Our cancellation policy is outlined in detail in our Terms & Conditions. Depending on the proximity of date of written cancellation to your travel dates, we may need to deduct cancellation fees charged by our suppliers from the total refund payable to you. We charge a service fee to cancel all the bookings we have made on your behalf, as detailed within our T&C’s. We recommend reviewing our Terms and Conditions carefully, and feel free to contact us if you have any specific concerns.

Yes, travel insurance is vital to provide you with added peace of mind before and during your journey. We highly recommend considering travel insurance to safeguard against unexpected events. IMG Signature Travel Insurance is a global provider and offers Cancel-For-Any-Reason cover.

We recommend medical evacuation cover from Global Rescue, especially for high adventure pursuits such as hiking and wilderness fly fishing.

He’s part of our advisory team, and can help plan your itinerary river-by-river, offering insider advice on locations, access points, and tackle techniques.

This is a rare opportunity to tap into local knowledge and explore lightly fished waters – without the need to hire a daily guide. We can also arrange professional fly fishing guides throughout New Zealand should you wish to include guided days in your trip.

You will require a passport to enter New Zealand. Requirements for additional travel documents, such as visas, vary depending on your country of residence. If you are coming from a visa waiver country, you are required to have a valid NZeTA (New Zealand electronic Travel Authority. These last for up to two years. We’ll tell you more about this in our Booking Documents. It is recommended to check and obtain the necessary documents well in advance of your travel date.
